When are orders dispatched?
We endeavour to dispatch Economy, Standard, and Special Delivery orders the same day if received before 2 p.m. Monday-Friday (excl. Bank Holidays), and all other such orders will be dispatched the next working day (Monday-Friday, excl. Bank Holidays).
24 Tracked – £4.50
48 Tracked – £3.50
Orders will be dispatched same-day if received before 2pm Monday-Friday (excl. Bank Holidays).
After 2pm, orders will be dispatched the next working day.
International Tracked: £10
Orders will be dispatched same-day if received before 2pm Monday-Friday (excl. Bank Holidays).
After 2pm, orders will be dispatched the next working day.

Bank Holidays
Please note that our office is closed on Bank Holidays. Neither Royal Mail nor our courier partners will collect from us or deliver on Bank Holidays. Local Bank Holidays and closures may also affect your delivery, for example, 2nd January is a Bank Holiday in Scotland but not in England.
